Parent Events

Peninsula School requests that every family provide volunteer support for each of the three annual parent events.  On average, the money raised from parent events represents 32% of the school’s total fundraising income.

  • Craft Fair - The perfect way to kick off your holiday season, featuring musical performances, a kids' craft area, and a variety of local artisans (including Peninsula community members) selling jewelry, clothing, assorted crafts, food items, and artwork.  Fabulous homemade soups and desserts are also offered!
  • Auction - The school’s largest annual fundraising event, featuring gift certificates from local restaurants and businesses plus a wide array of party offerings, unique travel packages, services, and one-of-a-kind experiences offered by members of our school community. Parents participate by purchasing tickets, underwriting, volunteering, donating items and/or bidding generously on the night of the auction. Bidding can now also occur online before the auction.
  • Spring Fair - The longest standing and most widely attended community event at Peninsula School, offering an array of musical & dance performances, food booths, a used book sale, storytelling, craft making, zip-lining, rock climbing, and much more.
