Guideline #1: At Peninsula, we never want any family to give in such a way that would result in undue financial hardship or strain.  We believe, however, that every family can make a meaningful contribution - according to their means - with the understanding that every dollar matters and no gift is too small.

Guideline #2:  Please keep in mind that the gap between tuition income and the actual cost of operating the school is approximately $3,000 per child.  Some families have the capacity to donate far more than that and some families are in a position where they can only donate considerably less.  We find that when everyone gives a gift that is meaningful and generous for their particular financial situation, we make our goal every year.

Good rule of thumb: Your gift should be a stretch but not a sacrifice.
